We collect your personal information in order to:
- communicate with students in our programs and to give anonymous numbered reporting to our funders that indicate where the students are attending from within NZ.
- The interaction information is just to help us refine and continue to develop the program to better serve our students.
Providing some information is optional. If you choose not to enter email or textable number, we’ll be unable to communicate with you and support you to do our workshops. However if it feels safer to you, ,you are able to use a pseudonym.
We keep your information safe by storing it in a password protected file and only police vetted staff are allowed access to it.
You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong.
